Experience: From an early age Paddy has always been involved with meat and livestock, whether that be skinning rabbits after a days ferriting or helping with the lambing at Woody's Farm. Over the last decade, Paddy has accquired a passion for deer stalking and now manages a healthy stock of Roe Deer over about 5000 acres.
